Can you renovate a bathroom for $10,000?
We aim to deliver high-quality renovations that meet your specific needs. However, our pricing and quality standards generally require a budget above $10,000 for a complete bathroom renovation.
How do you plan a bathroom renovation?
It all starts by getting in contact with us. The planning stage of a bathroom renovation is the
most important. By working together with Seaside Kitchens and Bathrooms we will provide
you with the answers to any questions you may have. Once we have discussed our options
moving forward, we can then provide you with an accurate price.
What should you not do when re modelling a bathroom?
There is no right or wrong when renovating your bathroom. It is completely up you (the
client) when planning your new playout. By sitting down with our team and discussing your
options we are confident you will be satisfied with the result.
How long will the renovation take?
Generally, a bathroom renovation will take between 4-5 weeks.
Week 1: Demolition and rough- in of new services
Week 2: Sheeting the walls and ceiling followed by the first coat of waterproofing
Week 3: The second coat of waterproofing will be applied followed by the floor screed
Week 4: Wall and floor tiling is to take place and measurements for the shower screen
Week 5: PC items and fittings are installed closely followed by the shower screen

There are a few different ways you can cut costs when renovating your bathroom. – You can save by only tiling the walls to a certain height. – Avoid moving any water or drainage points – Do your own painting – Leave ceiling sheets up and do not change any of the existing electrical
